It had 60K miles on it and something inside the drivers door rattled for the entire 200 mile trip. The actual driving experience was pretty non-descript.

My 5th gen had an option for a stick-on wood grain interior trim kit. It looks miles better than the Malibu, but it’s still a bit laughable. It was much more popular in Japan, where the Prelude was seen as a luxury car.

Pretty much. Granted, this was apparently the ONLY available rental car in the entire city of Lubbock so it was pretty much a LaFerrari in my eyes. I can't even begin to tell you the panic that sinks in when you have to be 100 miles from a town that size 3 hours after you land, your reservation falls through, and everyone is booked solid for the next 4 days.
